The Elephant’s town centre is being shaped for a unique experience; one to write home about. The development site is over 1 million sq ft and will provide 135,000 sq ft of retail, restaurants and leisure space including anew 17,800 sq ft cinema as well as a new campus for London College of Communication UAL campus with over 5,000 students on site. Once completed, there will be 371,000 sq ft of residential which is the equivalent of 485 homes.

Elephant and Castle Town Centre is one of London's most connected neighbourhoods in prime zone 1. The development is in an excellent location directly above the tube station which has over 16 million passengers passing through it annually. The train station is also located on the edge of the development with direct access to London Bridge in 4 minutes. There are 28 different bus routes which run next to the development making it exceptionally well connected.
